COVID-19 UPDATE

APPOINTMENTS:

You can now request appointments online. We still need to maintain control over the schedule to add clean up times and ensure proper physical distancing, so please know that requests for appointments will be either confirmed or denied depending on our ability to do so.

At The One Clinic, the health & wellness of our patients is our top priority.

There is a limit of 120 minutes (2 hours) at a time for consecutive appointments. This is to limit exposure and is for the safety of all guests and staff. This restriction will be lifted when possible, but may be in place until we are no longer at risk for community spread of COVID-19.

Guests are asked to call the spa from outside upon arrival and be pre-screened before entering the spa. We strongly encourage ALL guests to pre-book appointments online at least 24 hours in advance.

GUEST HEALTH & SAFETY:

Guests who are experiencing ANY of the following symptoms will be denied service: Cough, Sore Throat, Fever, Excessive Tiredness/feeling generally unwell.

Guests who have come in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID 19 or who suspect they have, will be denied service.

Guests who have travelled outside of Canada within 14 days before their scheduled appointment will be denied service.

Guests must wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose. We do not make exceptions to this rule under any circumstances.

Guests must come to their appointment alone - children may not accompany you.

Guests must sanitize hands upon entry.

Guests must follow all physical distancing measures indicated in the spa.

Guests must arrive on time to scheduled appointments - you may be required to wait outside temporarily. We appreciate your patience.

THE ONE CLINIC IS TAKING EXTREME MEASURES TO ENSURE OUR OFFICE IS A STERILE AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR EVERYONE.

During this unprecedented time, we at The One Clinic Spa, have enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols to ensure the safety of our clients, and our staff. We want to assure our clients that we are doing everything necessary to monitor the COVID-19 situation and have precautions in place to ensure a safe environment, for not only our clients, but also our staff.
